Primetex has an In-house Design and Development Team who make the best use of their experience to design, develop and source the latest trend in order to suit the international markets seasonal requirements. Our Designers work closely with the buyers in order to understand and fulfill their requirements. Our Designers also participate in international trade fairs in order to keep themselves upgraded with the latest trends in the market. The following tasks are performed at various stages.

Our sourcing team includes trained textiles and clothing professionals, who are structured to provide a unique professional service to handle international customer requirement from all major countries. Our associate mills have spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing and are fully equipped with sophisticated vertical set ups, international standard compliance and up to the latest minute technology. The tasks associated with sourcing are:

  • Identification of the finest quality fabric and accessories.

  • Negotiating price with the suppliers

  • Fabric and Accessories Order Placement

  • Getting approvals of Lab Dip, Desk loom, Strike off, Trims, Bulk fabric shades

  • Providing Buyer with the Lab Test Reports for Bulk fabric approval.

  • Getting timely delivery of fabric and accessories for production.

  • Our team conducts various textiles testing like dimensional stability, color fastness, fabric/garment performance, fiber analysis and other related test following international standard like ISO, AATCC, ASTM etc

Our shipping and logistic department takes care of the entire shipping procedure in an efficient way right from order confirmation until shipment execution.
